The Opportunity

You’re an Architect who’s ready for more ownership.

Not just producing drawings… but actually protecting your design intent all the way through to completion.

This is a role where you’ll take the lead on projects, manage relationships, and make real decisions – not wait for sign-off at every step. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders but still have the autonomy to run your projects in a way that makes sense.

And importantly, you’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about the outcome – designing places where people and communities can thrive (and seeing that vision carried through properly).

What You’ll Be Doing (and Why You’ll Enjoy It)

You’ll be across the full lifecycle of projects – which means no two weeks will look the same.

• Leading projects from concept design through to delivery

• Managing client relationships and being involved in key decisions

• Coordinating consultants and navigating approvals

• Overseeing documentation, detailing and quality outcomes

• Running contract administration and being present on site

Which means… you’re not boxed into one phase. You’ll build well-rounded experience and actually see the impact of your work in the real world.

What You’ll Need

Rather than a long list… here’s what really matters:

• Registered Architect (or on the pathway) with a relevant degree

• Experience delivering projects across multiple stages

• Strong design, documentation and technical capability

• Confidence working with clients and stakeholders

• Proficiency in tools like Revit/AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
